You’ll always know when a new message arrives.
The Messages tab in the left sidebar shows a red badge when you have unread messages.
The patient’s name in your list will also display a small indicator dot to let you know there’s something new to review.
Clicking on the conversation marks it as read and removes the notification.
This ensures you never miss important patient updates or files.
