How to Know If You Have a New Message
When a patient sends a new message, you’ll see notification indicators to ensure you don’t miss important communications, file attachments, or time-sensitive questions between sessions.
Message Tab
When you have unread messages, a red badge appears on the Messages tab in the left sidebar.
Patient List
The patient’s name in your message list will also show a red indicator dot for the same unread message.
Marked as Read
When you click on a conversation, it's automatically marked as read and the notification indicators disappear.
Clicking on the conversation marks it as read and removes the notification.
This ensures you never miss important patient updates or files.
