Allia keeps patients informed automatically, so you don’t need to send any messages manually.

Patients receive notifications via push notifications and email for:

• New appointments, updates, or cancellations
• Forms or documents shared with them
• Assessments assigned by their clinician

Patients can manage their notification preferences at any time and choose whether they want to receive updates via push notifications, email, or both from the app settings.
