Reminders: An automatic reminder 24 hours before the session, plus a final alert when the appointment is starting.
Tasks & Forms: A prompt as soon as you share a new form, document, or assessment.
Secure Messages: An alert when you send a message through the clinician portal.
How patients receive them
Patients can choose their preferred notification settings in the Profile β Manage Permissions section of the app. Use the toggle to select which mode they want to receive notifications through.
Push Notifications: Perfect for quick alerts and session reminders.
Email: Better for patients who prefer to join telehealth sessions via a computer or laptop.
Tip: We recommend that you encourage clients to keep notifications turned ON. This ensures they stay up to date and don't miss important forms or session links.
