You can send:
Files and documents PDFs(e.g., medical reports, letters, prescriptions)
Images and photos
⚠️ Note: Video files are not supported yet.
To attach a file:
Click the “+” icon next to the message box.
Choose the file from your device.
It will upload and appear in the chat window.
Both clinicians and patients can download received files onto their device.
