When to use an instant meeting
A patient needs to switch from an in-person visit to telehealth.
You ended a telehealth call by mistake and need a new room.
You need to hold an unscheduled check-in.
Start an instant telehealth meeting
To start a meeting:
Open the Patient Dashboard.
Select New Appointment.
Select Instant Appointment.
Select Telehealth.
Allia sends the meeting link to the patient by email and app notification. You can also copy the URL from the meeting screen and send it to the patient.
