Viewing & Editing Patient Profile
This top-left section helps you ground yourself with essential data before a session begins:
Contact Info: Name, email, and phone number at a glance.
App Status: Check if the patient has downloaded the Allia Patient App (✅ App Downloaded) or if the invite is still pending (⚠️ App Pending).
Quick Actions: Click the buttons to:
Start Telehealth: Launch your virtual treatment room immediately.
Start In-Person Transcription: Instantly begin recording and transcribing an office visit.
View Details: Open the full patient profile.
Viewing Detailed Information
Click View Details to open a structured view of the patient’s profile.
Personal Information: Gender, pronouns, date of birth, and other demographic details.
Address Information: Residential address only.
Payment Information: Cash or insurance, payer name, and member ID.
Tip: If you set the patient to insurance, Allia automatically runs an eligibility check. You can view the results in the Billing tab.
Active and Secondary Diagnoses: Assigning an active diagnosis ensures it automatically pulls into your session notes and insurance claims, keeping documentation and billing accurate.
Health Exchange Data Summary (Read-Only): Allia automatically pulls in a Health Exchange Information (HEI).
This provides a read-only view of medical history from external providers, such as primary care offices and pharmacies.
This surfaces the "golden thread" of care between physical and mental health without extra paperwork.
Editing Notes
To modify any information, click the Edit button at the bottom of the profile. Only then can you make changes. Even in edit mode, you cannot modify Health Exchange (HIE) data, diagnoses, or family history.
