Allia telehealth works in a web browser, so clinicians and patients do not need to install another video application. Both people use the same secure meeting link.
Before your first appointment
Test your camera, microphone, and internet connection.
Use Google Chrome for the most reliable experience.
Patients can join from a phone, tablet, or computer.
Join as a clinician
You can join from any of these places:
Calendar: Open the telehealth appointment and select Join.
Practice Dashboard: Find the appointment under Upcoming Appointments and select Join.
Synced Google Calendar: Open the event and select the meeting link.
How patients join
Patients can use a link from:
The booking email or appointment reminder email.
The Allia Health mobile app Home Screen.
The Allia patient portal Home Screen.
Copy the meeting link for a patient
If a patient cannot find the link:
Open the appointment in your Allia Calendar.
Select Copy Meeting Link.
Send the link to the patient by secure message or email.
Note: You and the patient use the same meeting link.
