The Account Switching feature lets you move easily between different roles, such as an individual practice owner, a group practice owner, or an invited member of another practice, all using the same email. This makes it simple to manage multiple practices without needing separate logins.
Steps to Switch Between Accounts
1. Access the Switcher
Open the multi-account switching feature.
2. Select Account
Choose the account you want to switch to. Accounts are labeled as:
Individual Practice
Practice Name (e.g., Practice Name 1, Practice Name 2)
3. Notes & Limitations
On a single email, a user can have:
One individual account
One owned group practice account
Membership in multiple group practices when invited
An individual account cannot be converted into a group practice account.
