Signing Up for Allia

Everything you need to know to set up your account.

To get started with Allia, navigate to app.allia.health and follow the onboarding flow.

Requirements to sign up

  • Professional email address: Use a business email associated with your practice. This address is visible to clients on all official communications.

  • NPI Number: You will need your NPI number to complete registration. If you've forgotten it, use the NPI Registry link on the sign-up screen.

  • Practice Ownership: For group practices, the practice owner must register the organization first before inviting staff.

Setting up team members with accounts

Once your organization is created, you can manage staff access through the Team Permissions area in your dashboard.

  • Assigning Roles: Use our predefined templates or create custom roles to fit your workflow.

  • Granular Permissions: You can restrict access to sensitive data. For example, a "Supervisor" role can be set to allow clinical note sign-offs without granting access to private billing data.

Note: Team members will receive an email invitation to join your organization once you have assigned them a role.
