How check-ins work
You receive three check-ins per day
Check-ins appear everyday
You can complete morning, afternoon, or evening check-ins depending on the time of day
All check-ins use the Flourishing Scale questionnaire
Completing a check-in
When you tap Check-in with yourself, you’ll answer a short set of questions.
Once finished:
You’ll receive a personalized message based on your score
Your responses are saved securely
Your clinician can view your trends and progress over time
Missed check-ins
If you miss a time slot:
The next check-in automatically replaces it
For example, if the morning window has passed, you’ll see the afternoon check-in
