Home Screen Overview

Updated over 3 weeks ago

Your Home screen shows everything you need for the day. You’ll find your check-ins, appointments, forms, tasks, and reminders all in one place.

Daily check-ins

At the top of your Home screen, you’ll see a greeting along with a prompt to begin your day mindfully.

Your check-ins:

• Happen in the morning, afternoon, and evening
• Use the Flourishing Scale
• Help you reflect on how you’re feeling
• Are shared with your clinician so they can understand your progress

If you miss a morning check-in and the day moves into the afternoon, the app will offer the afternoon check-in instead.

After each check-in:

• You’ll get a short message based on your score
• Your results are saved so you can track your progress over time

Upcoming appointments

Any upcoming appointment appears at the top of your Home screen. You’ll see:

• The appointment type (Telehealth or On-site)
• The date and time
• Your clinician’s name
• A Join button for telehealth sessions
• A Copy link button if you want to join from another device
• An arrow to view the full appointment details

For in-person visits, you’ll also see the clinic address and a Get directions button.

Before your next appointment

This section shows tasks your clinician needs you to complete. Examples include:

• Adding an emergency contact
• Adding your payment details
• Completing forms or assessments

Tapping any item takes you straight to the page where you can finish it.

Pending appointments

If your clinician sends you an appointment request, you’ll find it under Pending appointments.

You can Accept or Decline, and the status updates right away for both you and your clinician.

Pending assessments

If you’ve been assigned an assessment, you’ll see:

• The title
• The number of questions
• The estimated time needed
• The due date
• The clinician who sent it

Tap Start to begin.

If you exit halfway, you’ll need to restart the assessment.
Once you finish, the results are sent directly to your clinician.
