Updated over 2 months ago

1. Simple Account Setup

To ensure the app links correctly to your clinician dashboard, patients/clients should use the email address you have on file for them.

  • Download: They can find the "Allia" app in the App Store or Google Play.

  • Verify: After tapping Start my journey, they enter their email and receive a 6-digit verification code.

  • Secure: Once the code is entered, they create a private password to protect their information.

2. Personalizing Profile

The app walks patients/clients through a few basic questions. This ensures that the care they receive is personalized and that all clinical and insurance records are accurate.

  • Identity: Full legal name and Date of Birth.

  • Contact: Phone number and home address.

  • Inclusion: They can share their gender identity and preferred pronouns, along with the sex/gender information required for insurance purposes.

3. Customizing the Experience

Patients/clients are in control of their experience and can choose how they interact with the app. During setup, they can enable:

  • Wellness Sync: If they wish, they can connect an Apple Watch, Fitbit, or Google Fit to share sleep and activity trends.

  • Notification Preferences: They can choose how to receive appointment reminders and messages (Push, Email, or SMS).

  • Easy Access: They can enable FaceID or TouchID for secure, one-touch access.

4. Navigating the Home Screen

Once setup is complete, patients/clients arrive at their Home Screen. This central hub is designed to be clear and intuitive, helping them feel organized and prepared for their journey with you.

From here, patients/clients can:

  • Join Telehealth: Enter virtual sessions directly from the app.

  • Message Securely: Send updates or files in a HIPAA-compliant space.

  • Complete Tasks: View and fill out any assessments or forms you have assigned.
