Once you add or import patients, they’ll receive an email invitation like the one below.
The email includes a link that lets patients:
The email will include a link to download the Patient App on Android or iOS.
The patient should use the same email to register on the app.
Once these steps are complete, patients land on their home screen where they can check appointments or messages.
📱 Even if patients don’t install the app, they’ll still get appointment updates via email.
