1. The Welcome Email
Your patient receives a professional invitation from your practice. It includes:
One-click links to download the Allia Client/Patient App. You can also send these links to them directly:

2. Simple & Secure Account Setup
To keep their health data safe, the first login they need to verify their identity:
Email Address: They enter the email address you have on file.
Verify: They enter a "One-Time Password" (OTP) sent to their email.
Create a Password: They set a unique password.
Pro Tip: For future logins, they can use FaceID or TouchID to jump into the app instantly.
📱 Patients do not need the app to see you. If they prefer not to install it, they will still receive all appointment reminders and Telehealth links via email.
