Get help using Allia

Use the in-app Help button for quick guidance on Allia features and workflows.

Use the floating Help button in the bottom-left corner of Allia when you need quick guidance.

Ask for help

  1. Click the floating Help button.

  2. Ask your question about using Allia.

  3. Describe what you want to accomplish or where you are stuck.

  4. Review the guidance and steps provided.

For example, you can ask:

  • How do I send a form to a patient?

  • How do I create a claim?

  • Where can I find a patient's assessments?

  • How do I set up an appointment?

  • How do I complete a task within Allia?
