Practice Dashboard and Performance Metrics

The Dashboard is the central hub of your workspace. It gives you real-time visibility into practice performance, your tasks, and upcoming appointments. Access to the Dashboard and its metrics is permission-controlled to keep your data secure.

This page gives you an overview of what you can see on the Dashboard and how to navigate it effectively.

View Dashboard Metrics

The Dashboard groups insights into themed sections so you can quickly understand important trends across your practice or for an individual clinician. You can switch between practice-wide metrics and clinician-specific views using the filters at the top.

Metrics are grouped into the following categories:

  • Clinician Overview

  • Client Status & Demographics

  • Diagnostic & Treatment

  • Session Data

  • Client Engagement

  • Medical Billing

How to Access and Interact with the Dashboard

  1. Go to the Dashboard tab
    From your main navigation bar, select Dashboard. Access will depend on your assigned permissions.

  2. Apply Filters (optional)

    • Toggle between Practice-wide and Individual views.

    • Apply Clinician filters at Practice Level instantly update all displayed charts and metrics.

  3. Explore Metrics & Visualizations

    • Each category includes data displayed through various visualization types such as bar charts, line charts, donut graphs, and distribution charts.

    • Hover over any graph to view exact data points and comparisons.

  4. Review Trends & Performance Indicators

    • Compare clinician workloads, engagement patterns, demographic distributions, and revenue timelines.

    • Use these insights to support operational decisions, staffing, care planning, and billing optimization.

Notes

  • Metrics displayed will vary based on your role and permission level.

  • Some datasets may reflect historical trends, while others update in real time depending on your practice configuration.

  • If a metric appears locked or missing, contact your workspace administrator to confirm access.
