Understanding the Patient Dashboard

Updated over 2 months ago

The Patient Dashboard is designed to be both comprehensive and flexible. Its modular layout allows you to focus on the essential data you need for a session or dive deeper into advanced clinical tools when necessary.

The interface is divided into two primary sections to help you maintain clinical context while managing administrative tasks.

Part A: The Patient Profile (High Level Context)

Located at the top of the screen, this section provides a high-level clinical snapshot. It is designed to give you immediate context before or during a session without requiring you to dig through records.

  • Key Demographics: Quick access to the patient/client’s basic information.

  • Clinical Insights: High-level data points that summarize the individual's current status and recent activity.

  • Immediate Context: Provides the necessary background to inform your transition into the clinical encounter.

Part B: The Modular Tabs (Care Management Toolkit)

The bottom section contains a series of tabs that function as your primary toolkit. This modular approach allows you to manage specific aspects of care without leaving the page.

  • Medical Data: Review longitudinal health trends, HIE updates, and biometric data.

  • Care Team: View and coordinate with other providers involved in the individual's care plan.

  • Administrative Management: Securely manage forms, update records, and track assessments in one place.
