When uploading or creating a new form, you can choose whether it requires a signature:
In the Create New Form dialog, check the box labeled Signature Required.
Click Next, then Save.
That form will now be marked as PDF to Sign in your template list.
When sent to a patient:
The patient will open the form in the Allia app.
Scroll to the bottom, sign, and submit it.
Once submitted, the clinician’s view updates to Completed.
