Editing and Updating Treatment Plans

To update an existing plan:

  1. Open the Treatment Plan tab under the patient profile.

  2. Click on the treatment plan you want to edit.

  3. Make updates to relevant sections such as goals, progress, or diagnosis.

  4. Click Save to confirm changes.
