To access treatment plans for a specific patient:
Navigate to the Patient Dashboard.
Click on the Treatment Plan tab.
You’ll see a list of all treatment plans associated with that patient.
Draft plans display the “Draft” label, last updated date, plan name, and a delete icon.
Published plans display the published date, plan name, and delete icon (without the “Draft” tag).
