Accessing Treatment Plans

Learn how to view, manage, and delete patient treatment plans. Understand the difference between Draft and Published status on the patient dashboard.

To access treatment plans for a specific patient:

  1. Navigate to the Patient Dashboard.

  2. Click on the Treatment Plan tab.

  3. Review your plan list:

    • Drafts: Labeled "Draft"—these are editable and show the last updated date.

    • Published: Shows the "Published" date. These are locked clinical records.

    • Delete: Use the trash icon to remove drafts (Note: Published plans may have restricted deletion based on your permissions).
