Allia can create a draft treatment plan from information in the patient’s record. Review and edit every section before publishing it.
Requirement: The patient’s record must contain at least one session transcript.
Start an AI treatment plan
To start a plan:
Open the Patient Dashboard.
Select Treatment Plan.
Select + New Treatment Plan.
Select From Notes.
Choose the most relevant previous appointment.
Review the information Allia uses
Allia can prepare the draft from available clinical information, including:
Transcripts: Symptoms and themes discussed during sessions.
Clinical assessments: Scores from tools such as GAD-7 or PHQ-9.
Patient data: Available self-reports, sleep data, and activity data.
Review and edit the draft
To review the plan:
Check each section for accuracy.
Edit the text or add missing clinical information.
Select Save & Continue to move to the next section.
Sign and publish the plan
Review the complete plan in the consolidated view. Confirm that the interventions address the identified problems, then select Publish to sign and timestamp the record.
