Open a treatment plan to update the current version or review earlier versions.
Open a treatment plan
To open a plan:
Open the patient’s profile.
Select Treatment Plans.
Select the treatment plan.
Allia opens the latest version by default.
Edit the current treatment plan
To update a plan:
Open the section you want to change.
Select Edit.
Update the goals, objectives, interventions, or other clinical information.
View an earlier version
To review version history:
Go to the top of the treatment plan.
Select Version.
Choose a version from the chronological list.
Each version remains available, so updates do not overwrite the earlier documentation.
Tip: Review previous versions before making a meaningful change to a diagnosis, goal, or intervention.
