Treatment plans: Use the share option on the treatment plan.
Invoices: Sent invoices appear automatically in the patient’s conversation.
Patient records: Patients can send prior records to you.
Note: Video files are not supported.
Attach a file
To attach a file:
Select the + icon beside the message box.
Choose the file from your device.
Wait for the file to appear in the conversation.
Clinicians and patients can download files they receive.
Important: Confirm that you selected the correct patient before sending sensitive information.
