When the appointment is finished, select End Call. After you leave, Allia marks the appointment as Completed on your calendar.
Find notes from the sidebar
Text entered in the session sidebar is saved to the patient’s Notes tab. You can continue editing it or use the AI Assistant to refine it.
Find AI-generated documentation
If the patient consented to transcription, Allia creates these items after the session:
Session transcript: A text record of the conversation in the patient’s Transcripts tab.
AI session summary: An editable draft note in the patient’s Notes tab, using your selected format such as SOAP or DAP.
You can delete either item when it is no longer needed.
Use the transcript for other documentation
You can use a transcript to create a CPT-specific billable note or a treatment plan.
