Using the Patient Details Dashboard

The Patient Details page provides a consolidated view of important administrative and clinical information for your patients.

Instead of opening each patient's profile individually, you can use this page to quickly identify items that may require attention.

Accessing Patient Details

From the left-hand sidebar:

  1. Expand Home.

  2. Select Patient Details.

You'll see a table containing patient-level information.

Finding a Patient

Use Search by Patient Name at the top of the page to quickly locate a specific patient.

You can also select Filter to narrow the patients displayed.

Understanding Patient Details

The table provides the following information for each patient:

Name and Email ID

Displays the patient's name and email address.

Care Team

Shows the clinician or clinicians currently associated with the patient's care.

Last Appointment

Displays information about the patient's most recent appointment.

Next Appointment

Shows the patient's next scheduled appointment, making it easier to see when they're expected to return.

Unsigned Notes

Displays the number of notes that still require completion or signature.

This can help clinicians quickly identify outstanding documentation.

Submitted Claims

Provides an at-a-glance view of submitted claim activity and claim statuses for the patient.

Submitted Invoices

Provides an overview of submitted invoices and their current statuses.

Insurance Last Verified

Shows the most recent date on which the patient's insurance information was verified.

This can help identify when coverage information may need to be reviewed again.

Comments

Use the Comments option to access comments associated with the patient.

Using Patient Details as a Work Queue

The Patient Details page can also function as a quick operational checklist.

For example, you can use it to identify patients who:

  • Have unsigned clinical notes

  • Have claims requiring attention

  • Have outstanding invoices

  • May need insurance information reviewed

  • Have an upcoming appointment

This gives you a single place to identify outstanding work before navigating into individual patient records.

Note: The patients and information displayed on this page depend on your account, role, and permissions.
