Navigate to Home → Dashboard, then select a category to explore its metrics.
The metrics shown depend on your account, available data, and permissions.
Clinic Overview
Clinic Overview provides a high-level snapshot of your clinical activity and performance.
Depending on your view, you may see:
Total Active Clients
Total Clinicians
Average Caseload / Clinician
Collected Revenue
The Collected Revenue chart allows you to review revenue trends over time.
For practice users with the appropriate permissions, these metrics can provide an overview of the entire practice or be narrowed using Filter by Clinician.
Client Status & Demographics
Use Client Status & Demographics to understand the composition and status of your patient population.
Metrics include:
Status Monitoring
Review changes in patient status, including patients who are New or Inactive, over a selected period.
Coverage Distribution
See how patients are distributed between coverage types, such as:
Insurance
Private Pay
Gender Distribution
Review the distribution of patients by recorded gender.
Age Distribution
See how your patient population is distributed across different age ranges.
These metrics can help clinicians and practices better understand the populations they serve.
Session Data
Session Data provides an overview of appointment and clinical workload patterns.
Metrics include:
Average Sessions per Client
Average Session Duration
Average Clinical Hours Filled / Week
Total Session Hours
These insights can help you understand session frequency, workload, and overall clinical activity.
Client Engagement
The Client Engagement section helps you understand how patients are interacting with different parts of their care.
Metrics include:
Onboarding → First Meeting – Average time between patient onboarding and their first appointment.
Openings Forecast – Visibility into upcoming availability.
Average Visit Intervals Between Sessions – Average time between patient appointments.
Flourishing Scale Completions / Client
Onboarding Forms Completion
Assessment Completion
These metrics can help identify engagement patterns and areas where patients may need additional follow-up.
Diagnostic Treatment
The Diagnostic Treatment section provides insights into diagnosis and treatment-plan data.
Average Flourishing Scale at Intake
Review the average Flourishing Scale score recorded during patient intake.
Diagnosis Distribution of Active Clients
See the distribution of diagnoses across active patients.
Select See More when available to expand the list and review additional diagnoses.
Treatment Plan Stats
Review how patients are distributed across treatment-plan statuses, including:
Clients with an Active Treatment Plan (Signed)
Clients with an Active Treatment Plan (Unsigned)
Clients without an Active Treatment Plan
This can help identify patients who may require treatment-plan creation, review, or signature.
Medical Billing
The Medical Billing section provides insight into billing activity and revenue performance.
Metrics may include:
Days: Service → Billing
Days: Billing → Payment
Total Revenue
Collected Revenue
Pending Revenue
Revenue can also be broken down between Insurance and Private Pay.
Claims Status
View claims by status, such as:
Accepted
In Progress
Denied/Rejected
Invoice Status
Review submitted invoices by payment status, including:
Paid
Unpaid
Network Payer Mix
Review revenue or billing distribution across different payers and Private Pay.
Where available, use the time-period controls to adjust the reporting period displayed for billing metrics.
Filtering Dashboard Data
If you're viewing data at the practice level and have the appropriate permissions, select Filter by Clinician to narrow your insights.
When a clinician filter is applied, the Dashboard metrics update to reflect the selected clinician or clinicians.
This allows practice users to move between a high-level organizational view and more focused clinician-level insights.
