Use Insights to review a patient's health metrics, progress, and engagement over time. Insights can help you notice trends and prepare for clinical follow-up.

From the Patient Dashboard, select View Insights.

Progress Tracking shows how the patient's health metrics have changed over time. Use it to review trends and consider how the patient is responding to treatment.

Risk Assessment highlights possible clinical risks based on the available data, trends, and predefined thresholds.

Use this information to identify areas that may need closer monitoring or follow-up.

Important: Insights support, but do not replace, your clinical judgment. Review them with the patient's complete record and your clinical assessment.

Engagement shows information about the patient's participation in assigned activities and care recommendations.

Support System summarizes the social and clinical support resources available to the patient.

Care Planning brings together information that may help you prepare for appointments, update treatment goals, and identify areas that need attention.
