Understanding Insights and Health Indexes

The Insights area helps you get a snapshot of key patient health metrics and trends before or between sessions:

Key Metrics:

  • Sleep Index – Tracks overall sleep quality and patterns.

  • Activity Index – Monitors daily movement, exercise, and energy expenditure.

  • Health Index – Summarizes general physical and mental health indicators.

Getting Started

Click View Insights to open a detailed, structured breakdown of patient data. The Insights view includes:

  • Progress Tracking: See improvements or declines in health metrics over time.

  • Risk Assessment: Identify potential health risks based on trends and thresholds.

  • Engagement: Monitor patient participation and adherence to care recommendations.

  • Support System: Review available social and clinical support resources.

  • Care Planning: Use data-driven insights to inform treatment goals and next steps.

Using Insights Effectively

Each section provides question-based insights that help you:

  • Track patient well-being over time

  • Spot trends or changes that may need attention

  • Support your clinical judgment with structured, actionable data

  • Stay connected to patient progress between sessions

Tip: Insights are designed to complement session notes and care planning, giving you a holistic view of how patients are doing outside of appointments.
