You can remove a message after you send it.
Delete a message
To delete a message:
Hover over the message you want to remove.
Select the Delete icon.
Review the confirmation message.
Select Delete to confirm. Select Cancel to keep the message.
After you confirm, the message is removed from the conversation.
Tip: Review the patient and message before sending to help prevent accidental disclosures.
