Ending the Session

When your telehealth appointment is finished, click the End Call button to exit the room. Once you have left, the appointment status automatically updates to Completed on your calendar.

Sidebar Notes

Any notes you typed in the sidebar during the appointment are automatically saved to the client's Notes tab.

You can continue editing them manually, use Allia's AI Assistant to refine them, or reference them anytime after the session.

AI-Generated Documentation (If Client Consented)

If your client consented to transcription, Allia automatically creates two things within a few minutes:

  • Session Transcript: A full text record of the conversation, available in the client's Transcripts tab

  • AI Session Summary: An automatically generated note in your preferred format (SOAP, DAP, etc.), available in the Notes tab. This is fully editable.

Both can be deleted as needed.

Using Transcripts for Additional Documentation

Session transcripts can be used to generate:

  • Billable notes designed to meet medical necessity for specific CPT codes
