Clinical Data (Encrypted, and we can’t access it)
This includes:

• Treatment plans and progress notes
• Clinical assessments and diagnoses
All clinical data is encrypted in a way that only you can decrypt. No one at Allia can view or access this information.
Account Data (We can access this)
This includes:
• Clinician and patient contact information
• Billing and payment details
• Appointment and scheduling information
You have full access to create, update, or delete any record in Allia. If you ever need help making a change or removing something specific, our support team is always here to assist you.
