Profiles – Managing Billing Profiles

Billing profiles store your practice and provider information for insurance purposes. This is the billing provider information that is included in box 33 on the claim form.

Steps to Create a Profile:

  1. Go to Billing → Profiles.

  2. Click "+ Create New Profile".

  3. Fill in the following information:

    • Profile Name

    • NPI

    • Tax ID Type (EIN or SSN)

    • Tax ID

    • Contact Type (Individual or Organization)

    • First & Last Name (if Individual) or Organization Name (if Organization)

    • Email Address & Phone Number

    • Street Address, Street Address 2, City, State, ZIP Code

    • Mark as Default (optional)

  4. Click Create to save the profile.

  5. Existing profiles can be edited using the Edit button under Actions.
