You can manage all your appointments directly from the app, whether they’re confirmed, pending, completed, or cancelled.
Viewing your appointments
Appointments appear:
On the Home screen if a confirmed one is coming up
In the Appointments tab at the bottom of the screen
The Appointments tab has three sections:
Upcoming (includes confirmed & still-pending appointments)
Cancelled
Completed
Telehealth appointments
For online appointments, you’ll see:
The appointment time
The clinician’s name
A Join button
A Copy link button
Full appointment details when tapping the arrow
You can join directly from your mobile device.
On-site appointments
For in-person visits, you’ll see:
The clinic’s location
A Get directions button
Full appointment details
Pending appointments
If a clinician proposes a new time:
You’ll see it under Pending appointments
Tap Accept or Decline
The status updates for both sides instantly
Appointment indicators
If an appointment is updated, a red dot appears on the appointment card
A counter also appears on the Appointments tab icon at the bottom
