Getting Started: Create Your Patient Account

To start using Allia as a patient, you’ll create and verify your account. The setup takes just a few minutes and helps your clinician connect with you smoothly.

Create your account

  1. Download the Allia Patient App from the App Store or Google Play.

  2. Open the app and tap Start my journey.

  3. Enter the email address your clinician used when they registered you.

  4. Check your email for the 6-digit verification code and enter it in the app.

  5. Create a secure password and confirm it.

Once you complete these steps, your Allia account will be created.

Complete your profile

You’ll then be asked to add some basic information:

• Full legal name
• Date of birth
• Phone number
• Gender or sex (as needed for insurance)
• Gender identity
• Preferred pronouns
• Address (street, city, state, and zip code)

Sharing this information helps your care team provide accurate and personalized care.

Optional steps during setup

  • You can connect a wearable device now or choose to do it later.

  • You’ll also be asked about notification preferences, including push, email, or SMS.

  • You'll also be asked about biometric enabling.

You can allow or skip these.

After setup is complete, you’ll land on your Home screen and can begin using the app.
