If you select From Scratch:

  1. You’ll be redirected to a blank treatment plan layout.

  2. Manually fill in the required sections, including:

    • Case Summary

    • Biophysiological History

    • Strengths

    • Diagnosis

    • Main Event-Based Care Assessments

    • Core Problems

    • Goals

    • Wider Recommendations

    • Risk Assessment

    • Review
      ​

  3. Save your progress as you go or publish the plan when complete.
